2.I will receive this kitten/cat with a current Moscow Russia Certificate of Veterinary Inspection indicating the kitten/cat is healthy and has had all necessary immunizations, feline rabic and is free of parasites 2.1. I am purchasing this kitten/cat for breeding and/or showing. I fully understand the breeder offers no guarantees on future development, health, reproductive capabilities or show achievements on this kitten/cat. Should I become unable or unwilling to keep this kitten/cat I agree to notify the breeder for first option of repurchase at purchase price.
3. I have the option to have this cat examined within 72 hours after purchase by a veterinarian of my choice at my expense. (It is recommended the buyer isolate this kitten/cat from other animals until the veterinary inspection has been completed.) If this cat is found by my veterinarian to be in ill health within this 72 hour period, I understand I can immediately notify the breeder and return the animal at my expense. I agree to accept replacement when available. I understand there will be no cash refunds.
5. By signing this contract, I am in full agreement with all of the above terms. In the event I violate this agreement the damages of $5,000 plus legal fees shall be payable To Marina Burlutsuoj. Sole jurisdiction and venue for any legal dispute shall be in the Moscow Russia.
